You will be able to request a contract via email or over the phone. You will need to submit your contract with the deposit at your earliest to confirm reservation. Charter buses are not held without the contract and deposit.

Yes, we require a $100 deposit per bus to reserve. We accept credit/debit cards, checks and money orders for payment.

The remaining balance is due 14 days before pick-up.

Gratuity is not included in your rate. Gratuity is left up to your groups discretion and given directly to your driver. Typical gratuity is $3 per day per passenger.

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to departure receive refund minus deposit. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to departure receive 50% refund. Cancellations made 14 days or less forfeit payment and may receive credit for future use.

Yes. For overnight trips your group will be responsible for providing the drivers his/her own hotel room. If you have multiple buses, each driver will have their own room. If it is not possible to book the drivers a room at the same hotel the group is staying at, we will make hotel arrangements for the drivers and charge your group the cost.

Neither alcohol nor smoking is permitted on the charter buses. This does include vaping as well.

Your itinerary is due 10 days prior to departure.

We recommend reserving at your earliest to ensure availability. We accept reservations up to 6 months in advance of service date.
